Arc Studio LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website ProHeadshot.ai and related services (the "Service").

We do not use uploaded User photos to train AI models. We do not publicly display User images or generated outputs unless the User gives explicit consent.

6. Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We may retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of our Service, or when we are legally obligated to retain it for longer.

You can request that your Personal Data and any images you have uploaded to our systems be deleted by sending us an email at support@proheadshot.ai. We will strive to respond and act on this request within 7 business days. Please note that even after reasonable attempts to delete your data, some remnants may remain in backups or system logs for up to 30 days.
