Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to ProHeadshot.ai and related services operated by Arc Studio LLC ("ProHeadshot", "we", "our", or "us"). It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

By using ProHeadshot, you agree to follow this AUP. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Product Scope

ProHeadshot provides AI-generated professional headshots based on user-provided photos, profile preferences, and text inputs.

The Service is intended only for lawful, professional, non-sexual, and rights-cleared headshot generation. It is not intended for adult content, sexual content, impersonation, deceptive identity use, deepfakes, face-swaps, or other harmful image generation.

2. Content Moderation

Prompt-based AI image generation requests are screened before generation using automated content safety and moderation systems, including Creem's Moderation API where required for payment compliance.

If a prompt is denied, flagged, unsafe, or cannot be screened due to a moderation error, the request may be blocked and generation will not proceed. We may also remove, restrict, or refuse content that violates this AUP, our Terms, or applicable law.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, request, generate, submit, share, or use the Service for:

(a) NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, erotic, sexually suggestive, fetish, or sexualized content;

(b) content involving minors in any sexual, exploitative, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate context;

(c) non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized imagery of real people, or any attempt to create sexual content involving another person;

(d) face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, identity deception, or content intended to mislead others about a person's identity, appearance, endorsement, employment, credentials, or affiliation;

(e) content involving a person, brand, company, or copyrighted material without the rights, consent, licenses, or permissions needed to use it;

(f) hateful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, exploitative, self-harm, violent, or unlawful content;

(g) fraud, scams, phishing, fake documents, fake credentials, misleading business claims, or other deceptive activity;

(h) content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, or this AUP.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the photos, prompts, instructions, and other materials you provide to the Service.

You must only upload photos and request outputs for yourself, your organization, or people for whom you have the necessary rights and permission. You must not use the Service to create misleading, harmful, unauthorized, or deceptive images of another person.

5. Enforcement

We may block prompts, reject generation requests, remove content, suspend access, terminate accounts, refuse service, or report activity when we believe this AUP, our Terms, or applicable law has been violated.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
